Les États membres devront restaurer au moins 30 % des habitats dégradés sur leur territoire national (forêts, prairies, zones humides, rivières, lacs et fonds coralliens) d’ici 2030, puis à moyen terme de 60 % d’ici 2040 et 90% d’ici 2050. Refillable products are emerging as a powerful lever for #decarbonization and reducing #packaging impacts but launching these concepts, especially in the perfume industry, presents challenges:- Impact reduction and data collection: assessing the actual decrease in carbon footprint, water usage, and biodiversity impact- Brand alignment: ensuring the refill system fits the product category and brand identity / resonate well with the product category, brand identity, and purchase frequency- Pricing strategy: to ensure coherence and offering sufficient incentives to consumers who expect to pay less for refills.- Usability and design for all: designing products that are easy to refill and refills that are recyclable- Shelf visibility: differentiating refills from refillable products on shelves : Should there be dedicated sections for these products?- Sustainable sourcing: ensuring ethical and sustainable material sourcing- Scale …GIVENCHY (LVMH) is leading the way by launching a refillable version of L'Interdit. https://lnkd.in/eSmmvQKHAccording to the brand, choosing the L'Interdit refill reduces environmental impact by an average of 40%. ↘ Compared to four non-refillable 100ml bottles, the 100ml refill format and two 150ml refills cut glass use by 43%, plastic by 34%, and cardboard by 19% Launched in May 2024, the 100ml refillable L’Interdit Eau de Parfum retails at €162, with the 150ml refill at €170.
