Why make Turkey Burgers? Cows are ruining the world!!

If you have seen the news, it’s all about global warming and I have to say the finger is firmly being pointed over at the cows. They are causing so many issues in the world with the amount of gas that they produce.

We have all heard that cows fart, well after all they do have 4 stomachs. They produce a lot of methane. Methane is 84 times more powerful than carbon dioxide when it comes to trapping heat in the atmosphere.

So if the cow’s continue to produce methane, by 2050 the earth as we know it is going to be in a position where it is on the edge. So with that in mind, we need to start looking at alternative meats to cook with. Turkey is very lean, healthy and can taste great, all you need to do is follow good recipes.

That’s why you need to be enjoying these yummy Slimming World Syn Free Turkey Burgers and helping the environment while you do it!

How To Make Turkey Burgers

It’s important to get the recipe just right for these turkey burgers, a few spices here and there are totally fine but don’t go too off track or they’ll fall apart as soon as you try and cook them. I’ve heard people try adding oil and they fall apart, then they don’t understand why!

Burgers don’t need to be boring, actually far from it. Take back one for the homemade burgers, these will work grilled, oven-baked and even on the BBQ, don’t forget how nice these would be on a BBQ in the summer sun. They might not always look the part but they sure do taste it!

You need to get a burger press if you’re going to be making these, it just ensures they’re all the same size and then there are no fights over who gets the biggest one! You can add cheese if you wish but make sure you syn it otherwise you might not be happy on weigh day!
